New shapes of non-Gaussianities from the effective field theory of inflation Effective field theory techniques are employed in order to obtain a unified and comprehensive description of a very large set of inflationary models. We find distinctive signatures in the form of their non-Gaussianities. Special attention is devoted to models with higher derivative interactions which are naturally accounted for in this setup. |
