Higgs Inflation -- consistency and possibilities I will discuss the consistency of the inflation in the Standard Model with large non-minimal coupling to gravity. I will argue, that due to the background dependent cutoff scale (or scale of unitarity violation in the scattering processes) the theory can be consistent both at inflation and present Unverse, However, the good properties of the theory, especially possibility to connect presently measured particle properties to the inflationary parameters, depend on the assumptions made of the UV completion. I will discuss the different requirements on the UV complete theory, and analyse possible impact of the details of the UV completion on the phenomenology of the model. |
