AGN feedback and quenching of star formation: a multiwavelength approach

B. D. F Coelho, C. Lobo, S. Antón

Abstract.
We selected bulgeless massive red sequence galaxies of the SDSS (DR7) using data from NYU-VAGC [1]. Using EURO-VO tools we obtained multiwavelength data, we built spectral energy distributions, as well as BPT and DEW diagrams. We undertook a thorough analysis to ascertain: the frequency of AGN among these galaxies, the degree of star formation and intrinsic extinction. We pretend to test if there are bulgeless quenched galaxies hosting SMBHs. We found bulgeless galaxies with LINER nuclei and little star-forming activity. They are rare, possibly ≈ 2%, which is, nevertheless, a high percentage when compared with previous work (eg. Bell 2008).
