In order to study the general characteristics of the Pa Beta and Br Gamma lines, the histograms of some of the parameters presented in Tables 5.3 and 5.4 were computed. These histograms, constructed using all line profiles independently of their classification, are presented in Figures 5.3 to 5.6. The statistics of the line parameters for the line profiles of a given class is done in Sections 5.3.5, 5.3.6 and 5.3.7. The interpretation of the results follow after their presentation.
