There will be an informal reception (Porto d'Honra) following the registration on Sunday August 21, and a welcome reception/poster session on Monday 22.
The conference dinner (in one of the Port wine cellars) will be on Wednesday August 24. A guided tour of the old part of the town (a World Heritage Site) will also be organized, before the dinner.
All these events are free for registered participants (ie, their cost is included in the registration fee). Accompanying persons may attend, and will be charged at cost price. Participants should indicate the existence of accopmanying persons (and pay, in cash, for their expenses) at the registration desk.
