Abstract
Domain walls, being the simplest among the topological defects, provide a useful benchmark for both analytic and numerical studies of defect evolution. After a brief introduction to defects in general I will discuss the basics of domain wall evolution, under various standard or non-standard cosmological settings. This will be illustrated with some examples of numerical simulation movies.
